2020 was an important year for Cosmosol which, during the health emergency, showed a great attention to its 140 employees by strengthening safety measures. In fact, thanks to a dedicated team, the company was able to manage the repercussions of the pandemic on the workplace, thus ensuring constant and safe work at Mulazzano plant. In fact, the company was completely closed only for three days necessary to sanitize the whole plant. Salary supplement, implementation of tools for working from home, incentives for people who worked on site, study of new shifts and supply of safety devices, are the main interventions implemented by the company in order to support its employees and their families. The decision to start the production of sanitizing products, a new business line, which further increased company’s offer was also important. Now, with the coming of the new year, Cosmosol continues to look forward with optimism and many innovations: the aerosol of the future cannot wait any longer.
