For Cosmosol, quality means customer satisfaction. In each company, there are many processes to take care of which are linked together in a synergetic network to achieve company goals. Therefore quality becomes a competitive and key factor to meet customers’ needs in an effective and continuous manner.
Marco Craca, Quality Assurance Manager, tells how “Quality has always been a very important aspect in Cosmosol. It is not just a business goal but also the mean through which standards recognized and appreciated by customers and stakeholders, have been reached and then maintained. Over the years, the Quality Management System allowed the company to obtain the most important and strategic certifications in the cosmetic sector and in medical devices (UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015, UNI CEI EN ISO 13485: 2016, UNI ISO 22716, IFS HPC) and led the Management in the correct assessment of the risks and opportunities so that products and services offered were in line with customers’ requests”.
Quality remains among Company’s priorities also for the near future where “the goal – continues Craca – is to get the ISO 14001: 2015 and RSPO certifications, in addition to the authorization for the production of biocides and medical surgical devices”. To guarantee and support the work carried out by the Quality department in Cosmosol, there are large investments aimed at improving the production site and the continuous involvement of all company functions for a real teamwork.
