Cosmosol has recently secured an agreement with the English company Salvalco for the development and industrialization of a completely sustainable aerosol system based on the use of compressed gases.

Paolo Sebastiano Ramella who is in charge of Business Development in Cosmosol and carefully followed the project explains that the new technology, thanks to the use of an innovative valve patented by Salvalco (Eco-Valve), provides for the replacement of traditional liquid gases such as butane and propane with compressed air or nitrogen, thus eliminating VOC emissions (Volatile Organic Compound) in the atmosphere and therefore the environmental impact. Thanks to the use of Eco-Valve, it is therefore possible to create completely sustainable, non-flammable aerosol formulations with 100% natural components.

Cosmosol is one of the main European players specialized in the production of aerosols with Bag on Valve technology using compressed air as the only propellant. The technical and commercial partnership with Salvalco strengthens and confirms the strategy of the company which has been involved since years in the development of the aerosol of the future, mainly focused on environmental sustainability.

After studying the feasibility and the development of innovative formulations, today Cosmosol has developed a production line only for Eco-Valve technology and it is working with its customers on the creation of new sustainable products to quickly launch on the market.
